Occupancy and Rs 500 Extra for Double Occupancy with Complimentary
Breakfast and Packaged Water.

for Corporates-Cost depends on location and facilities
needed. Total Cost To Company is around Rs 1.6 Lakhs per month
for a 4 Bedroom Guest House /Service Appartment for minimum 11
months.

We provide all furniture and household appliances on rent. Renting
has benifits like Tax Deduction, flexibility and reduces Maintenance.
